Easy-to-clean composite panels for cabinets
Home » Materials » Foam Sandwich Panels » PET Foam Sandwich Panels
PVC skin PET foam sandwich panels are composed of high-quality hard PVC sheets and lightweight PET foam core materials. They are often suitable for modern kitchen cabinets. They not only ensure durability and practicality, but also enhance the appearance and user experience of the cabinets.

Product Features
Lightweight
PET foam sandwich panels are lightweight, making them easy to transport and install, reducing construction difficulty and labor intensity. They also reduce the pressure the cabinets place on the floor and walls. Installation can be quick and easy using a variety of methods, including gluing, mortise and tenon joints, and snap-fit fasteners.
Environmentally friendly and healthy
The PVC surface and PET foam are free of harmful substances and bonded with environmentally friendly glue. They do not emit harmful substances such as formaldehyde and benzene, creating a healthy kitchen environment.
Chemical and Moisture Resistance
- PVC material has excellent acid, alkali, and oil resistance, making it resistant to various chemicals such as detergents, seasonings, and cooking oils.
- PET foam absorbs virtually no water, preventing deformation, mold, or rot in humid kitchen environments.

PVC Facing
Hard PVC plastic sheet has the characteristics of good chemical stability, corrosion resistance, high hardness, aging resistance, fire retardant, insulation, smooth surface, no water absorption, no deformation, easy processing, etc. It is an excellent thermoforming material and can replace some stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant synthetic materials.
