- XPS Foam Core
The XPS foam used as the thermal insulation layer not only maintains excellent thermal isolation but also significantly reduces vehicle weight, making the expedition truck more efficient and reducing energy consumption during long-distance travel.
- Embedded Aluminum Tube
The embedded aluminum tubes within the composite panel significantly enhance the panel’s structural strength, strengthening its resistance to external impact and pressure. The lightweight and high-strength characteristics of the aluminum tubes make this reinforcement possible without adding additional weight.
