Composite Truck Tool Boxes
A tool box for a tipper truck is an essential storage accessory designed to securely store tools, equipment, and other gear while optimizing space and functionality. – CFRT Facing PET Foam Dandwich Panels
CFRT facing PET foam sandwich panels are advanced and reliable in manufacturing process. Relying on thermoplastic lamination technology, the PET core and CFRT sheets are bonded more tightly, and the structural strength is better than the sandwich panels composited with glue adhesives.
- CFRT Facing
CFRT (continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic) is used instead of thermosetting FRP as the inner and outer skins of the box panels. CFRT is more durable than FRP. At the same thickness, CFRT can withstand 2-3 times the external load compared to FRP. In addition, CFRT maintenance is essentially cost-free, while the gel coat layer on the surface of FRP is more susceptible to scratches. - PET Foam Core
PET (polyethylene terephthalate) is a closed-cell, recyclable, lightweight foam with good water resistance, compression resistance, and structural stability. It is an ideal core material for lightweight box panels.
Flooring

Thermoplastic anti-slip polypropylene honeycomb panels not only have the strength of metal panels, but are also lightweight. Of course, its anti-slip performance is also excellent, which can reduce the sliding of tools in the box and avoid damage.
