Product Features
- Thermal insulation performance: Class A thermal insulation performance, thermal conductivity: 0.020-0.022 w/m-k. The temperature inside the vehicle is kept below -18°C (0°F) even in hot environments, ensuring that the ice cream is always at its best freshness.
- Weather resistance: UV resistance, rain resistance, acid and alkali resistance.
- Strong structure: Box panels with internal embedded reinforcement strips.
- Impermeability: Completely sealed design to prevent water vapor and odor penetration.
- Flame retardant performance: Meets B1 grade standard.
- Easy to maintain: Easy to repair after surface damage without leaving traces.
Product Details
- High-performance thermal insulation composite material
The inner and outer skins are made of UV-resistant gelcoat FRP sheets, and the core material is secondary molded polyurethane foam, which has excellent thermal insulation performance and a solid structure.
- Completely sealed structure
The ice cream body is a fully enclosed structure. All panels are bonded with high-strength aluminum extrusion profiles and high-strength structural adhesives, and the door panels are sealed with highly elastic rubber to achieve the most reliable connection, sealing and thermal insulation performance.
- High-standard metal parts
The metal parts of the ice cream body are high-strength aluminum alloy profiles (6061) or stainless steel (304/316) stampings. Such as aluminum extrusion corners, stainless steel door locks, stainless steel hinges, and stainless steel door frames.
Reinforced floor
High-quality embossed aluminum plates or aluminum guide grooves are used as floors to ensure load-bearing capacity, strong and wear-resistant, and easy to load and unload.
Customized Design
- Stainless steel brackets can be installed inside the ice cream truck body to facilitate cargo classification. These brackets are made of food-grade stainless steel, easy to clean and meet strict hygiene standards.
- The design can be double rear doors, single rear doors or no rear doors, and the specifications and number of side doors can be customized according to needs (3 doors, 4 doors, 5 doors).
- The box size and color can be customized according to the user’s design requirements.
