A New Generation Solution for Modular Construction

Are you still using traditional steel or timber structures for modular housing? Or perhaps you’ve already adopted the increasingly popular SIP panels? As the construction industry continues to demand lighter, more sustainable, and higher-performance materials, a new solution is emerging—reshaping the way modular buildings are designed and built. PET foam core composite panels, made from recyclable foam materials, are now entering the construction market as an innovative alternative. They not only improve traditional building methods but also strike an ideal balance between performance and sustainability.

Advanced Panel Structure

  • Outer layer

A lightweight fiberglass surface layer ensures excellent weather resistance and long-term durability.

  • Core Material

Rigid, recyclable PET foam core providing outstanding strength-to-weight performance.

Why choose PET foam as the panel core?

♻️ Recyclable & Eco-Friendly

Made from PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) foam, these panels are fully recyclable, supporting green building initiatives and helping reduce environmental impact.

🪶 Lightweight Construction

Significantly lighter than traditional materials, reducing transportation and installation costs while improving construction efficiency.

💧 Excellent Water Resistance

The closed-cell foam structure provides outstanding resistance to water and moisture, preventing swelling or degradation in humid environments.

🧱 Structural Stability & Durability

Offers excellent dimensional stability and long-term performance. Resistant to deformation, aging, and decomposition, ensuring extended service life.

Thermoplastic FRP or Thermoset FRP as Skin?

We offer two types of fiberglass-reinforced skin PET foam composite panels, each engineered for high strength, lightweight performance, and excellent dimensional stability.

FRP Skin PET Foam Sandwich Panels

  • Panel Structure

FRP sheet + PET foam + FRP sheet.

  • Feature

Lightweight, UV-resistant FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) surface layer ensures excellent weather resistance and long-term durability.

CFRT Skin PET Foam Sandwich Panels

  • Panel Structure

CFRT sheet + PET foam + CFRT sheet.

  • Feature

Lightweight and wear-resistant CFRT (Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic) sheets offer excellent rigidity and outstanding impact resistance.

A Revolution in Modular Construction Efficiency

Prefabricated PET composite panels are reshaping the modular housing construction process through standardized production and simplified installation.

Prefabricated Production

Composite panels undergo precise processing in the factory, including cutting, drilling, and chamfering, with dimensional errors controlled within ±2mm. Customized specifications can be produced according to house design drawings, along with prefabricated accessories such as door and window opening reinforcements and corner connectors, reducing on-site processing.

Rapid Assembly

Modular kit packaging, with panels separated by cushioning foam, minimizes damage during transportation. Due to the lightweight of individual panels, small modular houses can be manually handled and installed by 2-3 workers, while large modules require only a small crane. Compared to the 10-ton cranes required for traditional SIP panels, equipment rental costs are significantly reduced.
