The multi-layer composite structure of FRP sheets, polypropylene honeycomb, and PVC foam core combines the advantages of each material, resulting in a well-rounded, lightweight, durable, and eco-friendly material ideal for applications that require high strength, good insulation, and weight reduction.

  • Lightweight

The polypropylene honeycomb core itself is a lightweight material with low density, significantly reducing the overall structure’s weight without sacrificing strength. The FRP sheets provide external strength support, while the honeycomb core layer effectively lightens the structure. This makes it ideal for applications where weight reduction is critical, such as truck bodies and building facades.

  • High Strength and Impact Resistance

FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) sheets have high mechanical strength and excellent impact resistance, enabling the composite structure to withstand high loads and external forces while maintaining durability.
