High-performance FRP Sandwich Panels
The cold room box adopts high-performance FRP skin insulation foam sandwich panel, which has excellent strength, corrosion resistance and excellent sealing, ensuring that the box can maintain a stable structure and good thermal insulation performance in various environments. The combination of these high-performance materials enables the cold room box to have a longer service life and higher reliability while maintaining low energy consumption and high efficiency insulation.
- The white skin inside and outside the cold room box is food-grade gel-coated FRP, which not only enhances the corrosion resistance of the panel, but also ensures its safety in the food transportation environment, avoiding the penetration and contamination of harmful substances. The smooth surface of the gel-coated layer is also easy to clean, reducing the risk of bacterial growth.
- The inside of the box panel is a closed-cell insulation foam board with low thermal conductivity. This material not only effectively reduces heat conduction, but also has good moisture resistance, ensuring that moisture is not easy to penetrate, further enhancing the insulation effect and service life of the box.
