• Unlimited Length: Flat FRP sheets are manufactured using a fully automated continuous production process. Unlike traditional batch production, which is limited by mold length, this mechanized continuous production process allows for customized lengths—whether 10 meters, 50 meters, or even longer.
• Adjustable Specifications: FRP thickness can be flexibly adjusted between 0.7 mm and 5.0 mm, a wide range to meet diverse application requirements.

High-Quality Material Composition

Our flat FRP products are formulated with high-quality raw materials to ensure excellent mechanical properties and a long service life. FRP is composed of alkali-free glass fiber mat and high-grade anti-aging resin. This provides excellent flexural strength and structural stability, enabling the FRP sheets to withstand external loads without deformation or cracking.

High-End Surface Treatment

To further enhance product performance and appearance, the flat fiberglass panels are treated with a high-end anti-aging gel coat. The gel coat layer can be up to 0.6 mm thick and can be customized in a variety of colors. This thickened gel coat forms a dense protective barrier on the surface, effectively blocking UV rays, water vapor, and corrosive substances from penetrating the internal material, significantly enhancing the panels’ resistance to yellowing, fading, and aging.
