The rear door of the trailer can be lowered to form a ramp, making it easy to load and unload large cargo. During loading and unloading, the rear door serves as a temporary ramp for transporting the cargo. Once the process is complete, the ramp is folded back into the rear door to close the trailer.

- The ramp door can be folded up or lowered down. When the ramp door is lowered, it forms a ramp with a certain angle with the ground, between 15° and 30°.
- The ramp door frame is made of sturdy aluminum alloy or stainless steel tube, which is connected to the trailer body door frame by hinges and can be firmly fixed to the rear of the trailer after folding.

Ramp Deck Panels
- The ramp door top panel is made of non-slip thermoplastic honeycomb sandwich panel with non-slip texture on the surface to prevent people or goods from slipping or rolling during up and down the slope. Compared with metal, bamboo or wooden anti-slip plates, it has better anti-slip effect and is more durable.
- The ramp door back panel is FRP-faced plywood, which is strong and sturdy, and together with the honeycomb panel, provides strong structural support.
