Thermoplastic polypropylene honeycomb panels are composed of polypropylene honeycomb cores and continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic (CFRT) skins. After thermoplastic compositing, a surface with a non-slip texture is formed. Unlike general adhesive composite panels, there is no glue in the processing of thermoplastic composite panels. The skin and core material are heated in a hot press and then cooled and fused together. The properties of thermoplastics combined with advanced thermoplastic composite technology give it many advantages such as light weight, waterproof, durable, durable, non-slip, recyclable, and easy to install.
- Lightweight
Polypropylene honeycomb panels are only about 1/3-1/2 of the same thickness of wood, wood plywood or bamboo plywood. Lighter floors can obviously reduce the energy consumption of trucks. - Waterproof
Thermoplastics do not absorb water. Although it is a honeycomb structure, the honeycomb cells are completely enclosed by CFRT, completely isolating the possibility of water vapor infiltration.

CFRT materials are known for their high strength. At the same thickness, their tensile, bending and compressive strengths exceed those of ordinary aluminum and steel. - Anti-slip
The surface of thermoplastic honeycomb panels is pressed out with dense woven anti-slip textures. These textures with outstanding anti-slip effects, and general oil stains, sewage, debris, etc. will not affect their anti-slip effect. Usually, both sides of the honeycomb panels are treated to be anti-slip, thereby doubling the service life.

Thermoplastics are recyclable. Polypropylene honeycomb panels can promote sustainable economic development and reduce the consumption of forest resources by replacing wood.
- Easy to install
Thermoplastic polypropylene honeycomb panels can be made in large sizes, up to 2.8mx12m, and one honeycomb panel is enough for the floor of a dry cargo truck. Since the honeycomb panel is very light, several workers can carry a piece of floor to complete the installation. The installation of the floor is also very simple, and the honeycomb panel can be fixed to the frame by rivets or nuts.
