Description
This composite panel combines a checkered anti-slip aluminum sheet with a thermoplastic polypropylene (PP) honeycomb core, bonded together with high-strength structural adhesive. It represents the perfect fusion of metal durability and polymer composite lightweight performance.
Checkered Aluminum Surface
The surface layer uses a high-strength checkered aluminum sheet made from 5052 or 6061 alloy.
It features a raised anti-slip pattern, is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and extremely lightweight — making it an ideal functional flooring material.

Thermoplastic PP Honeycomb Composite Panel
The composite panel is a new-generation lightweight and high-strength composite structure, composed of continuous glass fiber–reinforced polypropylene (PP) sheets and a PP honeycomb core, laminated together through a precise thermal fusion process. This structure combines the high strength of fiber-reinforced composites with the lightness of a thermoplastic honeycomb, offering exceptional toughness, impact resistance, and dimensional stability.
