Panel Structure
Foam core aluminum panels are composed of two layers of aluminum sheets and a core material in between. In addition to selecting high-quality foam core materials and aluminum alloy sheets, the production process of foam core aluminum panels is crucial to their quality. The production of sandwich panels is processed by cold pressing at TOPOLOGROUP. On the fully automatic sandwich panel production line, the glue is evenly applied between the panel and the core material through the glue spraying machine, and then the composite panel is compacted in a vacuum high-pressure environment.
