The system employs a composite sandwich structure of rock wool and polyurethane foam.

  • The rock wool core provides the core functions of fireproofing, thermal insulation, and sound absorption.
  • The sides and joints are reinforced with polyurethane foam edging to enhance sealing, waterproofing, structural integrity, and installation tightness.
  • This integrated molding combines the fire safety of inorganic insulation materials with the high-efficiency insulation and sealing advantages of organic foam materials, achieving multi-functional integration of roof insulation, fireproofing, waterproofing, and load-bearing capacity.

Product Advantages

  • Superior Fire Resistance

The main core material is natural basalt rock wool, an A1-grade non-combustible material with a melting point exceeding 1000℃. It is non-combustible upon contact with fire, produces no molten droplets, and releases no toxic gases. Combined with flame-retardant polyurethane edge sealing, it offers enhanced fire safety, meeting high standards for fire resistance time limits.

  • High-Efficiency Thermal Insulation and Energy Saving

The composite structure of rock wool and polyurethane foam has a lower thermal conductivity, effectively eliminating thermal bridges and significantly reducing building energy consumption. The insulation effect is stable and long-lasting, suitable for various climates.

  • High Structural Strength, Durability, and Deformation Resistance

The panels possess excellent overall rigidity and compressive strength, strong thermal stability, and do not shrink, warp, or deform over long-term use. They exhibit outstanding wind uplift and impact resistance, adapting to roof loads and harsh working conditions, resulting in a longer service life.

  • Excellent Sound Absorption and Noise Reduction

The porous structure of rock wool fibers provides excellent sound absorption, effectively reducing external noise and equipment vibration transmission, improving indoor quietness.

  • Waterproof, moisture-proof, and mildew-proof

The polyurethane closed-cell foam provides a tight seal, and the rock wool is treated with water-repellent technology, resulting in a high overall water repellency rate. This eliminates moisture, condensation, and mold growth, enhancing the reliability of roof waterproofing.

  • Quick Installation, Economical and Environmentally Friendly

Factory-prefabricated modular panels allow for efficient on-site installation, shortening the construction period. The lightweight design reduces structural load. The materials are environmentally friendly, free of harmful substances, and recyclable, meeting green building requirements.
